It is import that you understand that for me it is not about the number of images that you get (quantity), it is whether the images that we make together tell the story we want to tell regardless of how few or many they are.
This pricing is to give you an idea of what to expect, please contact me for a quote based on your specific needs
Base Price (commits me to you for the day, we do not rush shoots)
Nominal Session Fee - R3500
I don't sell images, I sell sessions; experiences. I sell my ability to connect, to foster comfort and build an enjoyable experience. The value I add is my process and ability to evoke creativity with you. The number of images is a matter of consequence, not the objective.
Portrait/headshot session fee - R3500
Underwater shoot session fee - From R4500
Boudoir shoot session fee - From R4000
The 3-in-1 portrait-underwater-boudoir experience - From R6000
Surf photography base price - R2500
Session fee includes (without additional charge):
Fine art/editorial portraits/headshots: 5 Final images (Full editorial retouch)
Boudoir: 10 Final images (Minor retouch and full edit) or 6 full editorial retouched images
Underwater (Fine Art): 3 Final images (Full fine art edit and editorial retouch)
In-water/surf: 10-15 images (Fully edited)
General portraiture (Family, beach etc.): 10-15 final edited images (some minor retouching is done), depending on depth of post-processing
Thereafter, images are priced per image or image package on ad hoc basis, depending on the number of images we get in the session and the depth of editing required.
Additionally, based on shoot type:
Additional Pre- and post-production - R600-R750/session
Confidence building, water comfort, pose coaching & practice shoots - R600-750/session
Thereafter:
Additional Photography & Filmmaking (on land) - From R1500/session*
Additional In-water photography/filmmaking - From R2000/session*
Other:
Creative direction and shoot engineering -R600/session
Raw video for surfing analysis - R600/hr
Photography/video/audio coaching/tutoring - R300/session
Product photography - R400/image (edited)
Travel beyond 25km radius from West Hills Estate, Paradise Valley - R5.00/km
A session is a minimum of 60 minutes, but we do not rush. I am flexible (within reason & availability dependent) until we achieve what we planned for the session. We never rush our work together.
Deliverable expectations:
NO LIMIT on shoot time
NO LIMIT of shots captured (these are not final images)
Online gallery (cloud based)
*It is important that you understand that these are illustrative. I always try to give my clients as many images as I can at the high level of quality I expect of myself. You can expect transparency from me on the effort expended and thus the number of final images vs. what they will cost will vary depending on what we manage to capture. It is all discussed and decided upon as we progress in our work together.

Therapeutic Photography
More life coaching/mentorship, less photography at a more accessible price.
To make my work more accessible than the standard full day this is a 1-2 hour session focusing on us exchanging life experiences, talking about mental health and growth. The condition for these sessions (at their lower price, and to push you a bit) is that photographs are not guaranteed; however, if I do capture any real, authentic, vulnerable moments, you will allow me to use them publicly and post them on social media.
